I am a 55-year-old female that has been suffering from kidney stones since I was 19 years old. I had horrible pain and nausea. I have passed about 50+ stones, sometimes 3 at a time. Overall the year’s doctors had no answers for me to prevent them from forming over and over. In 2021 I asked David what I could do to help prevent these from forming. He educated me on how the body works and I began to drink alkaline water, cucumber water, lemon/lime water, and baking soda in my water daily. I also changed my diet to fruits and vegetables, all plant-based. Within two weeks I passed 3 stones that were bothering me at the time I started detoxing. Now, I rarely have to deal with any more kidney stones.
I also suffered from heart palpitations, heartburn, numbness in my arms, and had a vitamin D deficiency. Since I’m eating plant-based, heartburn, palpitations, and numbness have gotten much better, and no more vitamin D deficiency. My kidney function is better and I’m full of energy. Being on this type of diet has done so much for me. Before I started this diet my pH level was 5:25 now it ranges from 7:75 to 8 daily. I even crave my fruit and vegetables now! I don’t even think about fast food and other types of food. I would never go back to the way I use to eat. Thank you David!
