TRUST THE PROCESS AND STAY DEDICATED AND THINGS WILL CHANGE…..This man most definitely knows what he’s doing i’m 27 years old Im not just unhealthy, but i’m not the healthiest either i’ve been suffering with ibs for like 4 years now and its so confusing GOOGLE doesn’t help and the doctors can only do so much besides prescribe meds that help manage, but they don’t cure it.
